Chelsea flower show

The Flower Show returns to The Surprise in full bloom! Just a short stroll from the show, join us for a menu inspired by the season’s most vibrant ingredients and a nod to the floral spirit of Chelsea in May.

Our specials include a Puglian burrata, served with Wye Valley asparagus, spring vegetables and fresh herbs. For mains, & back by popular demand; a show-stopping Cornish garlic butter lobster, of which both half & whole are available.

At the bar, we’ll be pouring a limited-edition Moatwood Gin Spritz, delicately infused with botanicals and garnished with edible blooms – the perfect toast to a week in celebration of flowers, flavour, and sunshine (we hope!).
